The South Florida Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is a non-profit 501(c3) organization operating under the guidelines of Florida State Statues Chapter 828 which defines animal cruelty, abandonment and neglect. We are not part of or supported by an national or governmental agency. We are not associated with the A.S.P.C.A. or any other agency or charity. We are an independent non-profit organization. Operating funds come from the donations of money, services and personal efforts of private individuals and companies.
