Chelsea
Chelsea is a large 2 year old large pony. Chelsea's mother is a quarter horse, and before coming to the S.P.C.A. she had been starved most of her life. She is very small, just over thirteen hands right now and it's hard to tell how big she will get. Chelsea needs more time to grow and catch up before she is trained. She probably wont be bigger then fourteen hands. Chelsea is very sweet and friendly.
