Please find our latest plan for our new facility below. We are fortunate to have a talented landscape architect, Jean Lee, on our Executive Advisory Board who put the concept together for us. We still will require the services of a registered architect.
We are in the process of getting bids to build our new home. We guess that it will take $200-$300 thousand dollars to build the facility from scratch including pastures, power, water, etc. At this point we need to raise all the funds necessary to build the facility. Our second huge challenge is land. We have not secured land for the facility and we need to raise a significant amount of funds to purchase the 10-15 acres needed. Only with your help can we build the future home of the South Florida SPCA. We currently have funds for day to day operations only. Our current facility will be knocked down in the next 6-12 months with only short notice and it is out of our control. This is a very serious situation. Please help the hundreds of horses and other animals that are rescued every year. They depend on us! We depend on you. Help us insure that we will never have to close our doors on abused, abandoned or neglected animals. Thank you |
