Emma Krenik is a very passionate 9 year old girl with an intense love for animals. Emma wanted to do something to help the rescued animals at the South Florida SPCA, and she wanted to do it without help from her mother. Most 9 year olds would be anticipating all year long the wonderful presents that they would receive at their upcoming birthday party. Instead, Emma had a plan! She could help, but she would have to wait until her birthday rolled around. A few months ago, Emma put her plan into action and collected $200 in cash and checks from her friends in lieu of birthday gifts. Emma plans to volunteer at the South Florida SPCA rescue ranch when she gets a bit older. Thank you Emma for caring so much, you are an amazing young lady! A job well done! |
