Stacey Sherman, a horsewoman and animal lover, has opened Davie Thrift Store for Animal Aid in Davie, Florida. The concept is to raise money for the South Florida SPCA Horse Rescue and for Animal Aid, a no kill shelter for dogs and cats in Broward County. A percentage of the proceeds will be donated monthly to these two 501(c)(3) organizations to help support their mission of rescuing and placing homeless animals.
